DIES NON NOTICE
CLOSURE OF THE SENIOR COURTS FOR
CIVIL CASE MANAGEMENT TRAINING CONFERENCE
Please be informed that the Hon. Mme. Louise Esther Blenman, Chief Justice of Belize, and the Judicial Education Institute (JEI) of the Senior Courts of Belize will host a Two-Day Training on Case Management on the 4th and 5th November 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., in the Main Courtroom, No. 1 Treasury Lane, Belize City.
Consequently, the Hon. Chief Justice has declared those dates as dies non for the Court of Appeal and the Civil Division of the High Court of Belize.
Notwithstanding this declaration, all urgent applications will continue to be heard as necessary.
The Criminal Division of the High Court and the General Registry will remain open and will continue to operate as usual on both dates.
The Judiciary apologizes for any inconvenience caused.
