THE JUDICIAL EDUCATION INSTITUTE OF THE SENIOR COURTS OF BELIZE
WILL BE HOSTING A TWO-DAYS’ TRAINING ON
CASE MANAGEMENT OF CIVIL CASES –
SENIOR COURTS OF BELIZE
(CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES) 2025
Please be informed that the Hon. Mme. Louise Esther Blenman, Chief Justice of
Belize, and the Judicial Education Institute (JEI) of the Senior Courts of Belize will
be hosting a Two-Days Training on Case Management of Civil Cases-Senior Courts of
Belize (Civil Procedure Rules) 2025. The training targets Judges, Registrars, Bar
Association of Belize, Attorney General’s Chambers, Legal Aid and Service Centre,
and Judicial Assistants.
The training will be held at the Main Courtroom of the Senior Courts, No. 1 Treasury
Lane, Belize City on the 4th and 5th November 2026.
Consequently, the Hon. Chief Justice has declared those dates as dies non for the
Court of Appeal and the Civil Division of the High Court of Belize.
Please be advised that all urgent applications will continue to be heard.
The Criminal Division of the High Court and the General Registry will remain
open and continue to operate as usual on both dates.
